This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Apex Airwaves. It supplements our Terms of Service. We may suspend or remove content, stations, or accounts that violate it.

You may not

• Broadcast or upload content you do not have the rights and licenses to use, including unlicensed music or other copyrighted works.
• Post or broadcast content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that promotes hate, harassment, or violence.
• Distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent access controls, quality or subscription gating, or ad delivery.
• Scrape, harvest, or resell data or streams except as expressly permitted.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

Broadcaster responsibility

Station owners and their teams are responsible for everything they broadcast, including ensuring all required performance, mechanical, and other licenses are in place for their programming.

Reporting & enforcement

Report violations to support@apexairwaves.com, or copyright issues under our DMCA Policy. We may investigate and take action, including content removal and account termination, at our discretion and as required by law.
