Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to our designated agent:
- By email: dmca@apexairwaves.com
- Attn: DMCA Agent, Apex Airwaves

Filing a notice of infringement
To be effective, your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g. the station, show, and approximate time).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Counter-notification
If you believe material you broadcast was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@apexairwaves.com including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction as required by the DMCA.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, Apex Airwaves will disable or terminate the accounts of stations or users who are repeat infringers.
Broadcaster responsibility
Broadcasters are solely responsible for holding the rights and licenses required for the content they air. See our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
